All audit reports, proprietary methodologies, and custom code provided by Nomad Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate credentials and access to necessary platforms (Shopify, DNS, etc.) to ensure the audit is comprehensive.
7. No Performance Guarantees
While we optimize for search rankings and performance, SEO is subject to external search engine algorithm updates for which we are not liable.
8. Liability Limitation
Nomad Services shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits or downtime, resulting from the use of our services.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client business data, store information, and credentials with the highest level of confidentiality and non-disclosure standards.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice; however, any work performed up to the termination date remains billable.
